Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all Channel sales and marketing strategies. You will need to be knowledgeable about the market and our competitive advantages in order to best recommend new Channel sales strategies for success. You will be required to foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships, develop new dealers, and handle existing dealer business. It will be your responsibility to recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses. You will also need to handle team performance and address key challenges. You will conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are within budget. Additionally, you will conduct team performance reviews and ensure the Pan India Team adhere to their sales targets. Attending industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with 15+ years of relevant experience. Experience working with Tools, Abrasives, or any engineering product sale will be considered beneficial for this role.,
