• Prepare techno-commercial proposals with cost estimates, structural feasibility, and code compliance.
• Manage tenders, contracts, and coordinate project execution with design and fabrication teams.
• Build client networks, track market trends, and provide inputs for solution development.
• Ensure timely collections and manage credit risk for healthy cash flow.
  

The Successful Applicant

• 15+ years in PEB sales, steel structures, and industrial construction with proven business growth.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering, PEB codes, and project execution for large industrial projects.
• Skilled in contract negotiation, techno-commercial proposals, and leading regional sales teams.
• Well-connected with a strong network of industry influencers, consultants, and decision-makers.
