Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.Forecast sales volumes and plan targets by product, territory, and channel.Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Team ManagementLead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and Sales Executives.Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and training.Foster a performance-driven and customer-centric sales culture.Channel & Distribution ManagementExpand and manage dealer/distributor network.Ensure proper channel engagement, inventory management, and conflict resolution.Implement schemes, promotional offers, and marketing activities at the ground level.Business DevelopmentIdentify new market opportunities and expand business for pan IndiaBuild strategic partnerships with key accounts (e.g., builders, architects, institutions).Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.Reporting & AnalysisRegularly review sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management.Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability at regional and product levels.Track ROI on campaigns, product launches, and initiatives.Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with marketing, supply chain, product development, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.Provide market feedback for product improvement and new product development.
