National Product Manager VAD AWS

As a National Product Manager AWS Value Added Distributor at Crayon, your role will involve positioning Crayon as the partner of choice to support partners transitioning to AWS Cloud under the Distribution model. You will engage deeply with AWS Stakeholders, Partners, Customers, and Internal Teams. Key responsibilities: - Build a yearly plan with AWS, drive it with the India leadership team, and execute it regionally with sales - Engage with large partners in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and Product Sales Specialists to grow AWS revenue - Develop a marketing plan with respective stakeholders in AWS, closely work with the India marketing team, and align it with the sales and product team - Understand programs like MAP, Modernization, OLA, WAR Large partners/Customer PDM/BDM alignment with the internal team - Work on AWS KPI partner upgrade (Tier Level), Initiatives, Active customers/Partner, Net new business, and Strategic goals merge. Identify service opportunities from customers/Partners and collaborate closely with AWS on all programs Your Competencies: - 15+ years of professional experience, including over 5 years in leading and managing teams - 5+ years of experience working with AWS and solid understanding of AWS as a Product - Experience in working with customers and partners - Knowledge of how to build an AWS Go-To-Market strategy with partners - Cloud Practitioner Certification is required; AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Business Professional, or Solution Sales credentials will be highly regarded About You: - Skilled at articulating value propositions to position Crayon as the preferred Managed Services partner for enterprise customers - Ability to present and guide CXOs towards the right decisions, enabling optimized managed services proposals - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels In addition to competitive compensation, Crayon offers: - Medical and life insurance - Health and wellness programs - Mobile and Internet reimbursements - Hybrid work set-up Apply now to join an award-winning employer!
