Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Management: Manage National T2 Partners across geographies to ensure seamless order execution, sales enablement, and business continuity.
  • Indirect Order Execution: Drive complete indirect commercial order execution across all segments and businesses.
  • Channel Infrastructure Coverage: Strengthen partner sales capabilities to expand customer reach and enhance market coverage.
  • Relationship Growth: Build strong partner relationships to increase Lenovo’s Share of Wallet (SOW) and align on strategic growth plans.
  • Business Health JBP: Develop and monitor Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with clear KPIs to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
  • Account Acquisition: Lead channel led business acquisition through defined Partners collaborate closely with Client Managers (MM KA) to cover the wider customer universe.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Regional Managers to execute joint marketing and demand-generation programs.
  • Partner Enablement: Drive training, certification, and capability building to enhance partner readiness on Lenovo platforms.
