National Key Accounts Manager- Modern Trade

As a National Key Accounts Manager for Modern Trade for a leading brand in the Bakery category in India, your role will involve traveling and establishing connections with the Head Offices of various Modern Trade stores. Key Responsibilities: - Generate revenue from offline Modern Trade (MT) stores like Nature's Basket, Reliance, Star Bazaar, Dorabjee's, etc. - Create a unique strategy for national and regional level MT retail stores. - Build and lead a team responsible for managing different accounts and activities. - Foster strong relationships with customers. - Formulate and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) annually with each store. - Obtain timely Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure quantities align with targets. - Manage expiry and returns within the company's specified limits. - Enhance brand and product visibility. - Develop and execute marketing campaigns in these stores, analyzing the return on investment (ROI) with analytics. Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Modern Trade (MT). - Experience in managing at least three national chains at a Head Office level. - Experience in overseeing a minimum of 5 MT chains at a regional level. - In-depth understanding of sales operations in the MT channel. - Proven track record of achieving sales objectives. - Ability to appoint and manage distributors as needed. - Proficient in customer relationship management. - Strong team player with the capability to drive results from internal teams and external stakeholders. - Demonstrated excellence in In-Store execution at a store level through the local team. - Willingness to travel across India for 8-10 days per month.
