Role Overview: Salesforce is seeking Sales Professionals with a proven track record in exceeding quota in technology sales to join their team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives into a territory, focusing on enterprise accounts in India. Your goal will be to exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions while creating satisfied and reference-able customers. Key Responsibilities: - Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise accounts within an assigned geographical or vertical market - Identify and research territories, formalize a go-to-market strategy, and create a qualified target account list - Develop pipelines through cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge - Maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within designated market sectors - Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling - Lead the end-to-end sales process by engaging appropriate resources and generating short-term results with a long-term perspective - Daily update the Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data - Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery Qualifications Required: - Successfully sold into industries like Communication/Media, Hospitality, Travel, Transport/Logistics, or Entertainment - 9+ years of solution sales experience in CRM, ERP, or similar fields - Proven track record of driving and closing Large Enterprise deals - Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required Additional Company Details (if present): Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM platform, focusing on driving customer success through innovation and trust.
