As a Sales Associate in the mutual funds and insurance sector, your role will involve identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting financial products effectively. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - **Sales & Business Development**: - Identify and generate new business opportunities in mutual funds and insurance sectors. - Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products. - Promote and sell mutual funds, insurance policies, and related financial products to individuals and businesses. - Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and meet sales targets and KPIs. - **Client Relationship Management**: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business. - Provide ongoing support by addressing queries, guiding clients through product offerings, and assisting in meeting financial goals. - Offer expert advice on investment strategies, insurance planning, and portfolio management. - **Product Knowledge & Education**: - Stay updated on the latest mutual fund and insurance products, trends, regulations, and market conditions. - Educate clients on product benefits and risks, helping them make informed decisions. - Assist clients in selecting suitable products based on their financial objectives and risk tolerance. - **Customer Service & Support**: - Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally. - Guide clients through the onboarding process for mutual funds and insurance products. - Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and facilitate necessary product adjustments or renewals. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong understanding of mutual funds, insurance products, and the financial services industry. - Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services, insurance, or investment industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their financial needs. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals. - Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. If you possess insurance and/or mutual fund certifications, knowledge of local regulations, compliance standards, or experience with sales-related software/tools, it will be considered a plus for this role.,
