As the Senior Trainer, you play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering top-notch training programs tailored for both aspiring and seasoned Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs). You are the key figure representing the Learning Management System (LMS), conducting webinars, podcasts, and virtual workshops to establish the platform as the premier educational hub for MFDs. Your primary responsibilities include: - Managing the LMS and courses effectively, ensuring relevance, currency, and impact - Curating course content covering NISM V-A training, sales techniques, client management, and financial advisory strategies - Developing new modules aligned with industry trends and MFD best practices in collaboration with subject matter experts - Maintaining the quality and efficacy of learning materials to ensure high engagement and comprehension, working closely with tech teams to enhance the LMS user experience In the realm of training delivery and engagement, you will: - Conduct both live and recorded training sessions, workshops, and masterclasses catering to MFDs at various stages of their journey - Design interactive quizzes, case studies, and assignments to elevate learning outcomes - Provide mentorship and guidance to learners, addressing their queries and supporting them on their path to MFD success Additionally, you will: - Be the voice of the LMS through webinars, podcasts, and video content - Establish yourself as a thought leader by delivering insightful content on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in mutual fund distribution - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media, blogs, and newsletters To excel in this role, you should possess: - At least 5 years of experience in the Mutual Fund industry, preferably in training, distribution, or advisory capacities - A solid understanding of NISM certifications, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Experience in developing and delivering online courses or LMS-based training is advantageous - Comfort with public speaking, hosting webinars, and engaging digital platforms - Fluency in both Hindi and English The compensation package offered will be commensurate with your prior experience and current Cost to Company (CTC).
