Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and modify architectural drawings in compliance with municipal and statutory regulations.
• Liaise with municipal authorities, consultants, and government departments for plan submissions, approvals, and NOCs.
• Coordinate with internal design, planning, and engineering teams for alignment with municipal requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and development control regulations.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for building permits, fire NOC, environmental clearances, and other statutory approvals.
• Conduct site visits to multiple locations to verify construction adherence to approved plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in municipal rules, regulations, and development control norms.
• Assist in preparing master plans, GFC drawings, and detailed working drawings as per project needs.
• Collaborate with urban planners and consultants to ensure smooth progression of township projects.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in handling inter-municipal approvals and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of DCR (Development Control Regulations), bye-laws, and other municipal norms.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for dealing with authorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and architectural design software.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Mumbai and Lonavala project sites.
