Experience Requirement:

Community Mobilizers for all locations -

We are looking for candidates with relavant experience in Community Mobilization Role at Block Level at all locations. Experience in managing government coordination, multi-stakeholder partnerships, and on-ground project delivery will be preferred.

We are looking for State Leads for Fatehabad - Haryana, Uttarakhnad, Uttar Pradesh locations

Key Responsibilities for State Leads -

* The role involves intensive grass-roots work and managing a 30+ member on-ground team and an ecosystem of partnerships including, but not limited to, community, government, NGOs, peer organizations, academic institutions, media, and the state. The role requires expertise to add capacity to and leverage the work on the ground.

* Setting up digital service centers that provide primary services under the five key pillars of the project i.e. Education, Livelihood, Governance, Financial Inclusion, and Health across multiple locations in a selected district of the state. This includes conducting need assessment studies, field visits, reporting to the NSO team at Delhi HQ, liaising with relevant stakeholders, facilitating the installation of assets and facilitating the hiring of state team members.

* Lead project implementation at the state level and manage the state project team; accountable for ensuring project activities are executed as per expected objectives, outcomes, and plans.

* Oversee programme implementation, advocacy, research, monitoring & evaluation, and quality assurance.

* Ensure project implementation processes are well-planned and clearly understood by all state project team members.

* Manage state-level finances in consultation with the National Support Office(NSO), Project Lead, and Finance Team, ensuring appropriate expenditure and compliance.

* Track and report project activity, timelines, documentation, expenditure, and other implementation-related details to the NSO Project Lead.

* Supervise project team activities through regular field visits, reports, and review meetings.

* Report and present on-ground progress in project review meetings with the NSO team.

* Ensure quality project delivery as per expected outputs and outcomes through systematic planning, regular monitoring, and strong process understanding.

* Coordinate across cross-functional teams at the state and NSO levels to meet project requirements.

* Plan and ensure timely delivery of project-related outputs including activities, performance metrics, events, and administrative processes and provide support wherever necessary.

* Proactively assist the NSO Project Lead in cross-functional coordination.

* Ensure timely submission of project reports as per project and donor requirements.

* Maintain proper project MIS records, ensure timely updates, and share with the NSO.

* The State Project Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with district- and state-level departments and other relevant external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the programme.
