Role Overview

Multimedia Specialist

Imagine a patient understanding their surgery through an animation you crafted…

influence decisions, build trust, and change lives.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

✨ Conceptualise and produce multimedia content — videos, reels, animations, explainers, motion graphics, and visual assets

✨ Translate complex medical concepts into simple, relatable, and visually compelling stories

✨ Collaborate with doctors, writers, designers, marketers, and product teams

✨ Create brand-consistent multimedia content for social media, ads, campaigns, and landing pages

✨ Lead video post-production — editing, sound design, typography, transitions, color correction, etc.

✨ Explore and experiment with new creative formats, motion styles, visual techniques, and storytelling approaches

✨ Maintain an efficient workflow from pre-production to final delivery

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• 2–4 years of professional experience

  in multimedia, video production, motion graphics, or similar creative roles

Strong proficiency in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

Figma

Knowledge of modern video creation & AI-based tools

• Veo 3

• Runway

• Pika

• Descript

• Any AI-assisted editing or motion tools (added advantage)

Strong sense of timing, pacing, visual flow, and audio–visual storytelling

Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging visual narratives

High attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to push creative boundaries

Work Mode & Schedule

• On-site

  – Gurugram

• Timings:

  10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days:

  Monday–Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)
