Job Title: Multimedia Executive/Visual Content Executive Real Estate

The Video Capture & Editing Executive will be responsible for creating high-quality video content showcasing properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. The role involves shooting property videos, editing footage, and producing promotional content that aligns with marketing strategies and enhances client engagement. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in video production and editing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture

  high-quality videos and photographs

  of properties, both interiors and exteriors.
• Edit and produce

  professional video content

  suitable for marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create

  storyboards and visual concepts

  for property promotion.
• Ensure video content highlights key property features, layouts, and amenities effectively.
• Maintain

  video equipment, lighting, and accessories

  to ensure professional output.
• Optimize videos for various platforms, including

  social media, websites, and presentations

  .
• Assist in producing

  virtual tours, drone footage, and walkthrough videos

  for properties.
• Maintain an organized

  library of raw footage and edited content

  for future use.
• Stay updated with

  latest video trends, techniques, and editing software

  .
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Film, Media, Photography, Multimedia, or related field

  (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience

  in video shooting and editing, preferably in real estate or marketing.
• Proficient in

  video editing software

  such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Experience with

  drone videography and photography

  is an advantage.
• Strong

  creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail

• Good communication and collaboration skills for working with marketing and sales teams.
