We're seeking a skilled Multi-Service Technician with expertise in plumbing and electrical systems to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing and electrical systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in plumbing and electrical systems
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve issues
- Document maintenance activities and service reports
- 2-7 years of experience in plumbing and electrical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in plumbing and electrical trades (e.g., electrician license, plumbing certification)
- Experience with maintenance management software.
