Job Description

Multi-Cuisine Commis 1

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes across
all cuisine sections
as assigned.
Handle
Indian gravies, curries, tawa items, biryanis
, etc.
Manage
Tandoor section
(breads, kebabs, marination, roasting).
Prepare
South Indian dishes
such as dosa, idli, uttapam, chutneys, etc.
Assist in
Continental
and
Asian/Oriental
preparationssoups, sauces, starters, mains.
Maintain portioning, plating, and consistency of all dishes.
Ensure high standards of
kitchen hygiene, storage, and food safety
.
Maintain proper mise-en-place for all operational requirements.
Coordinate with seniors (CDP/DCDP) for smooth kitchen operations.
Minimize wastage and maintain stock levels effectively.

24 years’ experience as
Commis 1 / Commis 2
in hotels or resorts
Strong knowledge across
multiple cuisine sections
Good communication & discipline
Flexible to work in shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
Willing to relocate to
Mulshi, Maharashtra
