Multi-Cuisine Chef (Fast Food, South Indian, North Indian, Chinese & Italian) We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Multi-Cuisine Chef with expertise in Fast Food, South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, and Italian cuisines. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in reputed kitchens, restaurants, or cloud kitchens, and possess excellent culinary knowledge, strong kitchen management skills, and good communication abilities. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present authentic dishes across multiple cuisines (Fast Food, South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Italian). Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation of all menu items. Develop and innovate recipes, keeping in mind market trends and customer preferences. Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and quality standards as per FSSAI norms. Train, guide, and supervise junior kitchen staff for smooth operations. Manage food inventory, raw material costing, and minimize wastage. Work with management to design combo menus, festival specials, and new launches. Ensure timely preparation and delivery in line with cloud kitchen/restaurant requirements. RequirementsMinimum 5 years of proven experience as a chef in multi-cuisine kitchens. Strong command over South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Italian, and Fast Food cuisine. Ability to handle high-pressure kitchen operations. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and storage practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Creativity in developing fusion and innovative dishes. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons. Preferred QualificationsHotel Management / Culinary Arts degree or equivalent certification. Experience in cloud kitchens, QSRs, or high-volume restaurants. Knowledge of costing, vendor management, and menu engineering.
