Job Description – MBD Engineer (Vehicle Simulations)

Job Title: MBD Engineer / Senior Engineer – Vehicle Simulations
Location: Pune (Client Location – Leading Global Engineering Services MNC)
Experience: 5 – 10 years
Employment Type: Full-time / Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Multi-Body Dynamics (MBD) simulations for vehicle systems and subsystems.
• Special focus on ride & handling, durability, NVH, and driveline performance.
• Build, validate, and optimize full vehicle models using industry-standard tools.
• Analyze results, prepare technical reports, and provide design recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support vehicle development programs.

Required Skills

• Hands-on expertise in MSC Adams, Motion, Altair View, MotionSolve (or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, suspension kinematics, compliance, and ride & handling analysis.
• Experience in subsystem and full-vehicle MBD modeling.
• Familiarity with scripting (Python, MATLAB) for automation will be an added advantage.

Education

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering.

Pay: ₹592,571.66 - ₹1,213,847.25 per year

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
