Role Overview

MSME Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Develop

  MSME-centric programs

  that connect local businesses with colleges and students for joint projects, consulting, and research.
• Onboard and manage networks of

  MSMEs, industry associations, and trade bodies

  to integrate them into BizVidya’s platform.
• Provide

  business operations and growth consulting

  for MSMEs, aligning with their scalability needs.
• Work with the

  education partnerships team

  to design

  industry-academia collaboration models

  .
• Structure

  audit, compliance readiness, and digital adoption frameworks

  tailored for MSMEs.
• Create

  funding readiness pathways

  for MSMEs by linking with investors, banks, and NBFCs.
• Stay updated with

  MSME schemes, government policies, and subsidies

  to integrate into BizVidya offerings.
• Mentor student teams/interns working on MSME consulting and project execution.

Requirements

• Degree in

  Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields

  (MBA/CA/CFA/CS is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience working with or consulting

  MSMEs

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  MSME operations, policies, and government programs

  .
• Network with

  MSME owners, industry associations, and business support organizations

  .
• Exposure to

  edtech or industry-academia collaboration models

  is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for

  building MSME growth programs

• Comfortable with

  equity-based roles in early-stage startups

  .
