Job Description

Business development of IHB sites through key influencers
Drive Influencer scouting and segmentation for the zone (Large Electricians, Electrical contractors, Small Electricians etc.)
Liaise with Influencer management head to drive improvements in Influencer management program
Ensure BD teams adherence to beat plan and execution of BTL marketing plan for influencer engagements
Monitor NPS of active influencers and ensure their monetary/ non-monetary benefits are disbursed in fair, timely manner
Improve effectiveness returns from field marketing by driving lead conversions premiumization
Provide timely and ongoing feedback to HO and sales teams about market developments
Reviews performance of zonal BD, sales, and marketing teams, ensures close coordination
Own the Influencer management plan developed by the organization and ensure 100% timely implementation
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key influencers ensure consistent billings on app
Consolidate communicate feedback on key areas of improvements in the digital tools utilized by influencers BD team
Approval of beat plan to align with target metrics

Uniform allocation of monetary/ non-monetary gifts among territories
Team and stakeholder management
Manage 4-5 MSM ensure availability of 100% of team strength
Guide and manage the business development team and help drive target achievement
Identify and set-up required trainings for the team and ensure 100% adherence
Coordinate with sales team to ensure high conversions of leads to sales
Annual evaluation of Territory Heads
Process initiatives
Set, communicate, and drive targets for all BD territory heads and their teams
Budget control and utilization at quarter and year levels
