We are seeking a skilled and proactive Support Engineer to manage Microsoft 365 environments and lead email migration projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with M365 administration, troubleshooting and secure migration strategies from platforms like G Suite or Exchange to Microsoft 365. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Lead and execute email migration projects (e.g., G Suite to M365), ensuring data integrity, security, and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot authentication issues, license conflicts, and session errors across M365 apps
Collaborate with clients to define migration strategies, including remote and onsite supervised options
Configure and manage Azure AD, conditional access policies, and user provisioning.
Document migration plans, timelines, and post-migration validation steps.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and promotional offers

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in IT support or M365 administration.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with email migration tools and processes (e.g., Azure Migrate, third-party migration tools)
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for M365 authentication and session issues.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA: Office 365, MS-100, MS-101) preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Experience with secure credential handling during migrations
Knowledge of Azure Site Recovery and virtual machine migration is a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
