We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns to drive quality traffic, generate leads, and meet ROI targets. Prior experience in an IT services or product-based company is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media (Meta, LinkedIn, etc). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. Write effective ad copy and design compelling landing pages in collaboration with design/development teams. Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently to maximize performance. Generate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Data Studio. Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to align marketing strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-4 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management, especially for IT services or SaaS. Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. Working knowledge of SEO, SMM, and email marketing is a plus. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Google Ads Certification (preferred). Preferred Qualities: Experience working in B2B digital marketing within the IT industry. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Data-driven mindset with attention to ROI and KPIs.
