Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Azure Administrator to manage and maintain our Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions, including major services related to compute, storage, network, and security. Key responsibilities Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on Azure. Implement and manage virtual networks, VMs, storage accounts, and Azure Active Directory. Monitor system performance and availability using Azure Monitor and other tools. Manage identity and access using Azure AD, RBAC, and conditional access policies. Ensure security and compliance through proper configuration and monitoring. Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or ARM templates. Perform regular backup and disaster recovery operations. Collaborate with development and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Azure Administrator or similar role. Strong understanding of core Azure services, Azure workloads, security, and governance. Hands-on experience with Azure Portal, PowerShell, and Azure CLI. Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancers). Experience with monitoring tools and performance tuning. Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies in Azure. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hybrid cloud environments. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Bicep. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (eg, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
