Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NOC Operations, experience in Fault Management, Configuration Management, and Problem Management for Enterprise Networks (Private Wireless LTE.

This role requires a blend of expertise in Multi-Domain Network Elements.

You have:

Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in L2 for IP & RAN.
Good understanding of IPv4 & IPv6.
Excellent Troubleshooting & Configuration experience on Nokia 7750 & 7250 routers & Nokia Air scale radio products.
Good understanding of the ITIL Process Framework.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

It would be nice if you also had:

Certification in CCNA/CCNP/L3 Certifications in RAN/Certification in ITIL V4.
Experience with cloud platforms.

Resolution & providing technical support for the incidents reported/requests for RAN nodes (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on already deployed to the end customer/user.
Resolution & providing technical support for the incidents reported/requests for IP Nodes like 7750 & 7250 Routers (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on already deployed to end customer/user.
Manages technical escalations for technical requests, emergency cases, and outages internally and towards customers.
Collaborate with stakeholders like GDC, Care, Field & Customer to resolve the issues.
Participate in CAB/CR meetings. Preparing & Validating the MoPs and executing the CRs with 100% FTR.
Analysis of Performance Degraded KPIs and their resolutions.
Analyzing the RCAs, preparation of the final Incident Report, and Submission.
Knowledge Transfer & Mentoring the team.
Integration of Nodes.
Software Update of the Nodes.
Automate the daily Preventive & Repetitive Tasks.
