Conduct arthroscopy and arthroplasty surgeries with precision and expertise. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure patient safety and recovery. Conduct regular follow-ups with patients to monitor their recovery process. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. Educate patients and families on treatment options and recovery plans. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopedic practices. Participate in peer reviews and quality assurance activities. Manage and handle orthopedic emergencies effectively. Maintain accurate medical records for all patients. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff and interns. Participate in community outreach programs to promote orthopedic health awareness. Contribute to research and clinical trials to advance orthopedic knowledge. Ensure compliance with medical regulations and hospital protocols. Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. MS in Orthopedic Surgery from a reputable university. Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic practice. Strong experience in performing arthroplasty and arthroscopy surgeries. Excellent clinical and surgical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Commitment to patient-centered care. Current medical license to practice in India. Basic life support (BLS) certification. Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred. Experience in handling orthopedic emergencies. Strong ability to educate patients and their families. Demonstrated competency in orthopedic diagnostics. Knowledge of the latest orthopedic technologies and techniques.
