Job Description

As a Windows and AWS Administrator at PwC, you will play a vital role in coordinating the day-to-day activities of operational systems, processes, and infrastructure to support all service offerings developed to assist clients on their Managed Service Delivery. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with clients to gather requirements, managing daily operational tasks, and collaborating with various stakeholders and internal/external delivery partners. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting services focusing on Operating System - Windows and having extensive experience in Installation, Configuration, Patching, Backup-Recovery on Windows & VMware infrastructure. - Maintaining, upgrading, and migrating VMware vCenter ESXi HA, DRS, vDS, vROps, and VIO. - Working in AWS cloud environment and building/configuring Windows Clustering services. - Engaging in discussions with clients for Operating System requirements, performance, and integration issues. - Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, migration, and providing day-to-day production support and maintenance for server infrastructure. - Designing and building function-centric solutions, identifying trends, assessing opportunities for process improvement, and raising/tracking issues. - Staying up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology while coordinating with management to ensure operational, administrative, and compliance functions are executed effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Windows operating systems & VMware. - Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM. - Current understanding of industry trends and methodologies. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities.
