We are dedicated to transforming waste management by promoting resource efficiency and environmental stewardship. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The MRF Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operation of Material Recovery Facilities (MRF). This includes managing sorting and recycling processes, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, training staff, and maintaining efficient workflow. The role also involves coordinating with waste collection teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing improvements for optimal operation. Qualifications Experience in Waste Management, Recycling, and Sustainability practices Operational Management, Workflow Optimization, and Process Improvement skills Team Leadership, Staff Training, and Performance Monitoring abilities Knowledge of Safety Protocols and Compliance Regulations Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams Previous experience in a supervisory role in a related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field Show more Show less
