To safely and efficiently operate casting equipment for pouring molten metal into Molds, ensuring high-quality
castings through proper mold preparation, equipment functionality, and adherence to safety protocols. Committed
to maintaining operational standards, removing finished castings, and supporting continuous production in a safe
and controlled environment.
1. Using hand-controlled mechanisms, pour & maintain liquid metal into molds to create castings
2. Examining Molds to ensure they are clean, smooth, and properly coated.
3. Removing of Cast Slab from casting pit
4. Ensuring production equipment is functioning correctly
5. Following safety procedures and maintaining safety regulations while handling molten metal
1. knowledge of Molds preparation. 2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
