Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and achievement of production targets.
Learn and understand production processes, machinery operation, and quality parameters.
Monitor process parameters and report deviations or abnormalities to shift in-charge.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environment (SHE) norms on the shop floor.
Maintain production records and assist in preparing daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues.
Participate in training programs to develop technical and interpersonal skills.
Learn company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production documentation systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities.
