About Company Job Description Job Purpose To Maintain and upgrade the Equipment and facilities of Cell Manufacturing to meet safety requirements, quality and production targets with optimum Repair & Maintenance. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Managing the entire shift independently for high-volume Solar Photovoltaic cell manufacturing machines, equipment’s while ensuring equipment’s & personnel safety 2. Knowledge and hands-on experience of Wet Chemistry process & equipment’s / Thermal process and equipment’s / Metallization line process & equipment’s / of Laser process and equipment’s / Robot, Automation Tools / Knowledge of pneumatic systems & Low-cost automation systems 3. Should have good hands on experience in PLC (Must Have), SCADA, Robotics, Servo drives, Servo Motor, Stepper Motor, Encoders, pressure and Temperature transducers, Analog & Digital Sensors. 4. Should have good knowledge on Robots / Automation Lines on latest Technology used in Solar Cell mfg. related to Operations, Maintenance & Safety. He Should be able to provide solution for Process defects (Like – Cell Breakages, Scratches) linked to all Robots / Automation 5. Develop capabilities of associates towards proper execution of their jobs 6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
