JOB DESCRIPTION / SKILLS REQUIRED Assist in the design and selection of traction motors (PMSM, BLDC, Induction) for 3W, LCV, and HCV EV applications. Support motor performance optimization, including efficiency, torque, and thermal management. Conduct motor simulations using MATLAB, Ansys, JMAG, or Motor[1]CAD.
