Require Electrical Inspector at Vedanta project in Jharsuguda having experience in GAP, ARP, CH projects and maintenance in the existing plant for all Electrical activities. Candidate must be B. Tech - Electrical with 10 years of experience which includes 3 years in TPI To work as Electrical Inspector for quality checking and testing in plant - G.A.P, A.R.P, Coal Handling plant. Tecting VC, VDF, Motor, Transformer, VTP, short / open circuit, no load/ full load etc Prepare daily Inspection as per IS standard report and submit to client. Verify all quality related inspection documents as per approved QAP and prepare MPR for submission in time. Meeting, visiting project site, coordination and correspondence with the client on regular basis as per contract agreement. Role & responsibilities Build 3D models and independently create drawings for pumps and motors, components using Creo adhering to standards and relevant guidelines. Creating Assemblies & Assembly Drawings with GD&T/Mfg. tolerances. Create exploded views of complete pumps and motors for product service teams Prepare/Update standards for use in manufacturing plant. Engineering change management execution. Preferred candidate profile Hands on experience in design and development of hydraulic products or mechanical components. Good knowledge in design and manufacturing of castings, forgings for hydraulic products or industrial applications. Ability to independently deliver models, drawings using CAD tools like Creo, Windchill (PDM), AutoCAD and SAP. Good overview of Manufacturing & Machining process. Good knowledge of GD&T, tolerance Stack up. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Role & responsibilities 1.) Able to understand the customer & department's requirements. 2.) Able to read & understand the technical documents CS/Part list. Etc. 3.) Candidate should show readiness to travel to different states & regions. 4.) Submitted offer & follow-up up with the customer & for the assigned task. 5.) He should extend support to Sr. Engineer, Dy. Manager in day-to-day work. 1.) Daily maintenance of offer/order/Service call register. 2.) Weekly maintenance of the above registers. 3.) Candidates should be eager to learn about pumps/accessories and troubleshooting. 4.) candidate should be a quick learner. 5.) Candidate should be able to read Technical Documents & Drawings. 6.) With the above preference can be given to the candidate having good knowledge of MS Office. 1.) Basic knowledge about pumps, motors, coupling, instuments and other accessories. 2.) Knowledge about function of Service department. 3.) Good communication and presentation skills. Preferred candidate profile 1.) Good in English & communication. 2.) Able to plan customer visit based on active cases. 3) Assistive approach to the Seniors. 1. Knowledge about alignment / and clear with hydraulic fundamentals are preferred. 2. Candidate with Chemical engineering background would also welcome.
