Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Mandatory)
• 1012 years of experience in electronics sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management within product-based or EMS organizations
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP MM

  and solid understanding of the

  P2P cycle

• Exposure to

  NPD processes

  from concept to production

Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of key electronic commodities PCBAs, sensors, wire harnesses, power supplies, motors, displays, solenoids, and passive/active components
• Strong background in

  cost modeling

  ,

  should-costing (ZBC)

  , and

  benchmarking

• Familiarity with low-volume, high-mix manufacturing and mechanical components (plastics, sheet metal, machined parts)

Industry Experience:

• Sourcing experience for

  complex electromechanical products

  (e.g., printers, scanners, industrial machines)
• Collaboration with

  R&D and engineering teams

  during design and development stages
• Managing

  EMS partners

  for production, localization, and import/export compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as sourcing interface between R&D and suppliers during product development
• Define cost targets, identify and onboard right-fit vendors
• Lead cost estimation, negotiation, and supplier qualification
• Drive

  value engineering

  , alternate sourcing, and cost optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with EMS partners for delivery, cost control, and component management
