Project Planning: Plan and execute short-term and long-term maintenance projects, including shutdowns and routine maintenance activities, with a focus on resource optimization. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and practices on the shop floor. Identify and address unsafe conditions and implement corrective measures. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, audits, and compliance with ISO standards. Assist in the preparation of maintenance documentation and reports. Technical Expertise: Conduct geometrical accuracy checks on CNC machines, and assist in programming and troubleshooting CNC operations (Fanuc, Siemens). Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Bachelors degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the automotive or manufacturing sector. Technical Skills: Proficient in the maintenance of CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and mechanical assembly. Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and schematic diagrams. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with maintenance management systems (e.g., MAXIMO, FIS) and industrial automation tools.
