Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of a Motion Graphics Designer span the entire creative and production process:
🎨 Creative & Design
Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and visual solutions based on client or project goals and brand guidelines.
Storyboarding and Planning: Create storyboards, animatics, and design mock-ups to visualize and plan the flow and timing of the animation.
Asset Creation: Design and prepare all necessary graphic elements (illustrations, backgrounds, logos, typography) in 2D or 3D for animation.
Animation: Animate graphics, characters, and text (kinetic typography) using principles of motion to achieve a realistic or expressive movement, focusing on timing and easing.
Visual Effects & Compositing: Incorporate visual effects (VFX), manage multiple layers of video and graphic elements, and perform compositing to produce a cohesive final moving image.
Experience in Photography and videography
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align on strategy and ensure seamless delivery.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in digital agencies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Passion for technology and innovation, with adaptability to changing market demands.
