Key Responsibilities

Visual Design Creation:

• Assist in designing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing layouts and design concepts.
  

Motion Graphics Development

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for videos, advertisements, and social media platforms.
• Assist in editing video footage and incorporating animations and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for motion design, video enhancement, and animation workflows where applicable.
  

Branding Support

• Support maintaining brand consistency across all visual and motion assets.
• Assist in developing branding materials such as logos, brochures, pitch decks, and presentation templates.
  

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with copywriters, Account Managers, and fellow designers to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
• Participate in team reviews and meetings to present concepts and integrate feedback effectively.
  

Research & Trend Analysis

• Stay updated on the latest design, motion graphics, and AI-related creative tools and trends.
• Research competitor visual strategies and emerging formats to inspire innovative design solutions.
  

Desired Skills And Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of animation and motion design techniques; experience with AI-assisted design or animation tools is a plus.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools for ideation, asset generation, motion enhancement, or workflow automation.
• Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
