Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, storytelling, and rhythm, with proven skills in crafting engaging videos, cinematic edits, podcast visuals, and promotional trailers. You will collaborate with our creative, marketing, and content teams to bring concepts to life through compelling motion graphics and video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for digital, social media, and brand campaigns.

Edit high-quality videos, podcasts, trailers, and promotional content with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.

Apply cinematic editing techniques (transitions, color grading, sound design, visual effects) to create immersive video experiences.

Design engaging intro/outro graphics, lower-thirds, titles, and visual branding elements for video and podcast content.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.

Ensure content is optimized for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, etc.).

Stay up to date with video trends, editing techniques, and motion design innovations.

Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor (portfolio required).

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro)

Strong knowledge of cinematic editing, storytelling, sound design, and pacing.

Experience in podcast editing (video + audio sync, intro/outro design, branding overlays).

Ability to create trailers, teasers, and promotional edits that capture attention.

Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and collaboration skills.
