Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with creative leads, designers, and marketers to develop motion concepts that align with brand and campaign objectives.
• Brainstorm and contribute fresh, innovative ideas for visual storytelling.
• Design and animate motion graphics, explainer videos, and promotional content.
• Work on 2D animations, typography-based graphics, and basic visual effects.
• Adapt static designs into dynamic formats for social media, websites, and presentations.
• Edit raw video footage, add motion graphics, and optimize content for multiple formats and platforms.
• Enhance videos with sound design, transitions, and effects while maintaining brand consistency.
• Ensure all motion assets adhere to brand guidelines.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across different media channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design) to understand project requirements.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively while maintaining creative quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 0.5–1.5 years of relevant professional or internship experience in motion design, animation, or video editing.
• Degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of key motion principles: timing, easing, composition, and storytelling.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into engaging visuals.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with good time management skills.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in creating motion graphics for social media campaigns (Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, TikTok, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of sound design and music synchronization.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of motion design projects (academic, freelance, or professional).
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D/Blender (basic knowledge is a plus).
