About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging training

videos and product explainers that clearly communicate how our Enterprise Data

Management products function.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality animations and motion graphics to demonstrate how to

use our digital products.

Collaborate with product owners and developers to turn complex workflows

into simple, clear visuals.

Design and animate UI walkthroughs, feature tutorials, and onboarding videos

using screen recordings, illustrations, and animation.

Use Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro)

to produce polished, professional content.

Incorporate voiceovers, text, music, and sound effects to enhance user

engagement.

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, style guides, and tone of voice.

Required Skills and Experience:

2+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production for tech

or digital products.

Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

A solid portfolio that includes animated UI/product walkthroughs or explainer

videos.

Ability to understand digital product interfaces and translate them into clear,

animated learning materials.

Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively understand

requirements, convey design concepts and defend design decisions.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with Figma or other UI design tools.

Understanding of UX and product development workflows.

Experience with voiceover syncing or scripting training videos
