To enhance our brand presence and engage our audience visually, we're looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team.   Job Description: As a Motion Graphic Designer at ipshopy.com, you will be responsible for crafting visually captivating motion content for various platforms. This includes product promotions, social media ads, UI animations, explainer videos, and more — all aimed at improving user engagement and elevating our brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Create eye-catching motion graphics for ads, banners, product videos, tutorials and social content. Design short explainer videos to promote new features, seller benefits, or buyer guides. Work with product, marketing, and UI/UX teams to bring static designs to life with animation. Edit and enhance video content for product launches, seasonal campaigns and influencer collaborations. Optimize all visual content for web and mobile performance. Contribute to the development of our visual brand language through animation. Stay updated on eCommerce design trends and video formats. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer (preferably in eCommerce, retail or digital marketing). Expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong portfolio showcasing 2D animation, kinetic typography and brand storytelling. Knowledge of visual trends and audience behavior on platforms like Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines. Basic video editing and audio syncing skills. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory): Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
