Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled 2D and 3D Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both 2D and 3D animation, combined with graphic design skills, to create visually compelling motion graphics for digital media, advertising, films, video games, and web platforms. This role demands a passionate designer who can bring static visuals to life using animation and visual effects while collaborating closely with creative teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual designs for motion graphics projects in both 2D and 3D.
• Create detailed animations of characters, graphics, and text, using industry-standard software.
• Produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for various media including websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, films, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, video editors, marketing teams, and clients to ensure projects meet artistic vision and brand guidelines.
• Edit and refine animations based on feedback while ensuring consistency and quality.
• Optimize motion graphics for different platforms to ensure smooth performance and best visual appeal across devices.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, software, and animation techniques.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the animation process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience and a strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D motion graphics and animation work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, Blender or other relevant 3D modeling and animation software.
• Excellent artistic ability with a strong understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, composition, and storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Familiarity with video editing and post-production techniques is a plus.
