As a Senior Associate Senior Graphic Design at EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE), your role involves ideating and delivering best-in-class creatives that align with EY's brand and business objectives. You will work closely with workflow coordinators, art directors, and content teams to transform creative concepts strategically and tactically into effective collaterals across various media platforms. Your primary responsibilities include creating design solutions for impactful proposals, illustrations, layouts, and enhanced user experiences. You should have a deep understanding of design principles and a refined sense of aesthetics to deliver compelling and inspiring creative solutions that meet customer expectations while adhering to brand specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, infographics, and social media collaterals - Adhere to EY brand guidelines and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, and efficiency - Stay updated with the latest design trends and advocate for their implementation - Mentor junior team members on best design practices - Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines effectively - Communicate with customers to understand design briefs, share ideas, and provide innovative design solutions - Act as a design consultant independently, taking ownership of projects - Be responsive to customer queries via calls and emails - Contribute towards various organizational initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or a related discipline - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media) - Strong visual design capability - 5+ years of relevant experience In addition to the above qualifications, preferable knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and motion graphics skills, as well as team management experience, would be beneficial. **Additional Details:** EY GDS is a global delivery network spanning six locations and offering fulfilling career opportunities across various business disciplines.
