Position: Motion Graphic Designer Intern

Duration: 3-Month Paid Internship (with the possibility of full-time conversion)

Reports To: Creative Lead / Design Team

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in producing engaging video content and animated graphics that capture our brand’s story. You’ll work closely with our senior designers and video production team to develop, edit, and enhance visual content for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation:

  Design and animate motion graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and campaigns. Edit raw footage into compelling final content, incorporating graphics, sound, and effects.

• Concept Development:

  Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and storyboard video concepts. Contribute ideas in team meetings to enhance visual storytelling.

• Technical Execution:

  Use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create polished content. Apply visual effects, transitions, and color grading to ensure high-quality output.

• Project Management:

  Organize and maintain project files, assets, and footage for an efficient workflow. Meet deadlines for project milestones and communicate progress with the team.

• Quality Assurance:

  Review and refine edits based on feedback from supervisors and peers. Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects and Premiere Pro). Basic to intermediate skills in video editing and motion graphics. Familiarity with composition, typography, and color theory.

• Creative and Communication Skills:

  Strong visual storytelling ability with an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Portfolio:

  A portfolio or reel showcasing motion graphics and video editing work is highly preferred.

Compensation

• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (paid monthly) for the 3-month internship.
