About the Role

Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually appealing graphics, infographics, and layouts for eLearning courses. 
  • Create motion graphics and short animations to enhance learning experiences. 
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to visualize concepts effectively. 
  • Ensure consistency in branding, style, and visual standards across all deliverables. 
  • Work with eLearning authoring tools (preferably Articulate 360) to integrate graphics and visuals. 
  • Maintain a strong focus on user experience and learner engagement. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field. 

  • Minimum 2 year of experience

     in Motion graphic design (experience in eLearning projects preferred). 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Encoder etc.). 
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animations. 
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar. 
  • Strong visualization skills and ability to present complex ideas in simple, engaging visuals. 
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills. 

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience designing graphics for eLearning platforms or online training content.
