About the Role

Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and content to design effective motion graphics and animations for eLearning courses.
• Create storyboards and visual concepts that clearly convey learning objectives.
• Design and develop videos using

  After Effects

  ,

  Premiere Pro

  , and other relevant tools.
• Create and manage all assets required for videos, including illustrations, icons, and graphics using

  Photoshop

  and

  illustrator

• Ensure all visual content adheres to the style guide, branding, and design standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to visualize concepts effectively.
• Integrate motion graphics with eLearning authoring tools (preferably Articulate 360).
• Maintain focus on user experience and learner engagement throughout the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in motion graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other animation tools.
• Strong skills in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar.
• Ability to visualize complex ideas and present them through engaging motion visuals.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience designing motion graphics specifically for eLearning courses.
