Motion Graphic Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Motion Graphic Designer at Digital Kong located in Faridabad. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for motion design, video production, motion graphics, graphic design, and graphics. Some work from home is acceptable.

Work experience: 2+ yrs

Hybrid working environment

Office located on Mathura Road, Faridabad

Agency experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft eye-catching

   motion graphics, animations, and video assets

   for brands across digital platforms.
2. Collaborate closely with designers and content teams to bring

   static ideas to life

   through motion.
3. Translate briefs into

   compelling visual stories

   —with movement, mood, and meaning.
4. Work across a variety of formats—

   social media content, ads, UI animations, reels, product videos, brand campaigns

   , and more.
5. Design

   static and print assets

   including

   packaging, social media posts, banners, menus

   , and brand collateral.
6. Stay in tune with

   animation trends, platform requirements

   , and creative best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Proficiency in

   After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator

   —with an eye for

   transitions, sound design

   , and visual effects.
2. Comfort with or curiosity for

   AI creative tools

   like Runway, Adobe Firefly and more.
3. Strong fundamentals in

   design principles

   —timing, pacing, typography, layout, and storytelling.
4. Solid understanding of

   social media formats

   across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
5. Experience in

   Figma

   and a solid grip on both

   digital and print

   design workflows.
6. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with grace (and minimal caffeine-induced panic).
