🚀 About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a Motion Designer who's got a thing for pixels in motion. Someone who knows how to make brands come alive—whether it’s for a social media reel, a slick explainer video, or jaw-dropping ads. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft eye-catching motion graphics, animations, and video assets for brands across digital platforms.

2. Collaborate closely with designers and content teams to bring static ideas to life.

3. Translate briefs into compelling visual stories with movement.

4. Work on a mix of projects—social media, ads, UI animations, product videos, reels, and brand campaigns.

5. Keep up with animation trends, platform requirements, and creative best practices.

🔥 Must-Have Skills:

1. Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator and Sound design, transitions, and effects are a bonus.

2. Hands-on experience with emerging AI creative tools (like Runway, MidJourney, D-ID, or Adobe Firefly)—or a strong curiosity to learn and adapt fast.

3. Strong sense of design—timing, pacing, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

4. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without breaking into a cold sweat.

5. Understanding of social media formats and platform-specific video needs Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn.

1. 2+ years of hands-on motion design experience, preferably in a creative/advertising agency.

2. Portfolio that shows range—social content, product promos, brand films, etc.

3. Someone who’s creative, curious, collaborative, and loves pushing boundaries.
