Motion Designer

As a Motion Designer at TXTech in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging animations and visual effects for digital media. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with creative teams to bring concepts to life through motion graphics, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality storytelling. Your core responsibilities will include: - Creating explainer videos, UI/UX animations, 2D/3D animations, and motion graphics. - Animating logos, icons, transitions, and interactions. - Developing storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts. - Optimizing animations for performance, especially in web and mobile platforms. - Working with audio syncing, timing, and visual storytelling. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects (core tool), Premiere Pro, and optionally Cinema 4D, Blender. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or Sketch for UI-based motion. - Understanding of animation principles including timing, easing, squash/stretch, etc. - Strong visual design sense encompassing color, typography, and composition. - Ability to convert scripts or briefs into captivating animated content.
