Motion Designer

As a motion designer at Skunkworks, you will play a crucial role in bringing stories to life through captivating animations. Your understanding of the core principles of animation such as timing, spacing, easing, arcs, and anticipation will be key in pushing the boundaries of motion graphics. - Collaborate with design, video, Unreal, and C4D teams, as well as the sound designer, to craft animations for various events, launches, and experiences showcased on large screens. - Work alongside the core motion team to create everything from subtle micro-interactions to impactful moments. - Enhance your skills and familiarize yourself with the workflows at Skunkworks during the initial 3-month probation/training period. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of motion theory and animation principles through a compelling reel or project work showcasing your creativity, timing, and precision. - Possess proficiency in tools such as After Effects, with additional experience in Blender, C4D, or Notch considered advantageous. Your curiosity to explore diverse visual styles and storytelling formats, coupled with a strong desire to learn and improve, will be highly valued.
