Motion Graphic Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer located in Jaipur. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating motion graphics, video production, and graphic designing. Day-to-day tasks include designing and producing motion graphics for various projects, collaborating with the creative team to develop visual concepts, and ensuring design consistency across all media.

Key Responsibilities

• Motion Graphics Design:

  Create stunning motion graphics, logo animations, and visual effects for videos, advertisements, presentations, and social media content.

• Video Editing:

  Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos, including cutting, splicing, and integrating animations, graphics, and sound.

• Concept Development:

  Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and develop concepts for animations and video content that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Post-Production:

  Handle the post-production process from editing to final output, ensuring all videos meet technical specifications and quality standards.

• Storytelling:

  Use video editing and motion graphics to craft compelling stories, whether for promotional videos, ex-plainer videos, corporate content, or social media clips.

• Client & Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure the visual direction aligns with project goals and timelines.

• Brand Consistency:

  Maintain consistent visual branding across all video and motion graphic content to strengthen the company’s brand identity.

• Technical Skills:

  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.

Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum of 2

  years

  of experience in motion graphics design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in Tools:

  Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and adobe illustrator other industry-standard software for graphic design  and video editing.

• Video Editing:

  Strong experience in video editing, including social media editing, sound mixing, and color correction.

• Creativity:

  A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative visual concepts.

• Attention to Detail:

  An exceptional eye for detail, ensuring all videos and animations are visually appealing and technically sound.

• Collaboration:

  Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly.

• Time Management:

  Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

• Advanced Motion Graphics:

  Experience with animation techniques.

• Sound Design:

  Basic knowledge of sound editing and design for enhancing video content.

• Photography/Lighting:

  Experience with lighting and camera work for video shoots is a plus.

• Industry Experience:

  Familiarity with specific industry, e.g., tech, digital marketing, e-commerce and printing is a bonus.

• Additional Tools:

  Experience with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Fig-ma is a plus.
