Monitoring Tower Lead

• Should have 5-7 yrs of Relevant experience .
• Should be expert in cloud infrastructure monitoring.
• Should have good written and verbal communication skill to explain any problems in monitoring to the customer.
• Should be experience in Subscription level and resource group level alarms configurations.
• Should be expert in understanding the configurations of Log analytics and alerts.
• Should have experience in analytics and matrices of alarms.
• Should have experience in Linux and Windows systems preferably on Cloud .
• Should be expert in Azure network watchers, Load balancers, Application load balancers,
• Should have good understanding of analyse, triage and mitigate the alarms for all the resources especially for VMs, Backup’s, vaults, storage, NetApp’s & Network.
• Should be able to prepare dashboards for proactive monitoring and guide and educate to drive the team.
• Should be expertise in monitor, diagnose, view metrics, and enable or disable logs for resources in a virtual network.
• Should have good understanding of Virtual network peering and configurations.
• Should have experience in prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports and should be able to prepare runbooks, SOP’s and setup process if any Gaps found.
• Should be able to adopt for any new add-on process from the client.
• Should be expert in handling the escalation process, when issue occur.
• Should be customer front face to approach for technical discussion to reduce the alarms and provide CIS in the monitoring system.
• Should have knowledge in monitoring tools like Nagios, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Opsramp, Splunk, New-relic, SolarWinds, Wireshark.
• Should be experience in ticketing tools like Service-now, BMC remedy, and able to rotate the ticket to the appropriate groups.
• Should have good knowledge in confluence, and Jira tools.
• Should actively participate in war rooms and Sev1, Sev2 calls should be able to explain the situation to the customer.
• Should have experience to handle the L1 team, should be good to find the gaps within the team and clear the technical clarifications to the team members.
• AZ900 and AZ104 will be added advantage to the role.
• Any SAP monitoring experience would be an added advantage.
• Should be flexible in 24/7 rotational shifts.
